Bellville Volunteer Fire Department (BVFD) covers 217 square miles in Austin County (Texas), including the areas of Centerhill, Clark Park, Cochran, Kenney, Mill Creek, Pine Hill & Star Hill.

We were founded in 1889 as the Bellville Hook and Ladder Company 1, reorganized in 1916 as the Bellville Volunteer Fire Company, and later renamed the Bellville Volunteer Fire Department.
